Visited for Sunday lunch with a party of 8. The waitress was on her own so by the time the food reached us it was luke warm. Presentation of the food needs some work. The upstairs dining room is very dated and cold. Really needs to have a makeover to attract more customers. I know the hotel is under new management, my advice is to focus on one room at a time and make it look and feel warm and cosy. Don't try and tackle the whole hotel at once.
