We stopped there on a Subday night, of course at homecoming time. It was very crowded and to but anything at the food court we had to make a long and slow line to buy tickets. That took a long time but once you have the tickets the food is ready soon. Free green tea. Prices convenient enough. There is also a restaurant (with doors) and some snack stands outside. There a screen that shows If there had been accidents or traffic jams on the way to Tokyo. There's also an information desk. There's also a gasoline stand.
