Just back from a weeks holiday at Casa Catarina with my parents, husband and 9 year old son. Can’t recommend it highly enough. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and has everything you could possibly ask for. Nothing has been overlooked, from a wide selection of books in the bookcase to DVD’s to games, balls and li los for the pool. Three fabulous bedrooms all en suite, two of which have been recently refurbished. The pool area is private and immaculately kept with a fabulous mature garden to add to the privacy. The owners Les and Lynn, were exceptionally nice to deal with, kept in regular contact and made sure we had all the information we needed prior to our trip. The property managers visited twice during our stay to ensure we had no problems. You would need a car for the villa but it is an excellent location and driving distance to Albufeira, Alvor and Vilamoura. It’s also only 10 minutes drive from Zoomarine. There’s an Aldi close by and Waitrose in the nearby town of Guia. All in all one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and we hope to visit again soon!!!

We have stayed at Casa Catarina many times. We love it very much it is like coming home. It would be very hard to find anywhere as lovely as this villa. The secluded garden is just delightful with gorgeous flowering shrubs & beautiful trees. The villa is always clean & well equipped . We are totally spoiled with the 3 double bedrooms each with its own en suite which have been upgraded since our last visit.
We always travel to Lagos Ferragudo Silves & Tavira so being in Pêra is the perfect location .

This is the second year we have stayed at Casa Catarina. We hope to be visiting again next year as its location and private surroundings are perfect for our young family. The experience from booking to arrival is perfect. Regular updates and information provided just at the right times means there are no worries. The Villa is kept immaculately and all needs are catered for. On arrival there were some basic provisions provided for a meal and refreshment.

Our fifth visit to this beautiful, spacious and well appointed villa.It is everything you could wish for.
Les and Lynn have provided everything you could possibly need for a great holiday.
The garden is stunning and immaculately kept. Ideal for relaxing and for children playing.It has a lovely tree providing a nice shaded area,if required.
There are good quality supermarkets a few minutes drive away as well as restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.
Amacao de Pera is a short drive away,it has a lovely promenade, great beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. Parking for the whole day is only 2 euros.
There are many other fantastic beaches, towns and villages within easy reach,providing for all interests,culture,shopping,golf,
water sports,birdwatching, boat/fishing trips and more.
Zoomarine,Slide and Splash and Aqualand are also nearby.
Perfect place for a perfect holiday.

Absolutely brilliant villa, very clean, comfortable with everything you need for a super holiday, brilliant location for bars , restaurants and local amenities, lovely heated pool with kiddies area, highly recommend.
