Definitely disney-fied! Worth a walk around, but very typical, overpriced slope-side stuff. The sushi joint was just ok (service terrible) and seriously over-priced. Go to O&B @ Westin instead. Kids loved the cutsey candy store and firepits, ice skating. Beavertails mean waiting. Good choice of restos but we had a kitchenette @ Westin so avoided the big bills.

We always enjoy warming up in the huge bon fire in the middle of the village. We love the food at the old station and its a great place to walk around to see the shops and the beautiful scenery..

The skiing is fabulous, the restaurants: well if you love food this is the place for you.
And the shopping is the next best place to Toronto. Don't forget to visit Thornbury for all of your needs, restaurants, shopping, the fish ladder and much more.
Come to Blue Mountain for all your needs.

The Blue Mountain village is small but has some lovely shops. I picked up some great winter boots and other skiing accessories at a good price. The people who worked in the shops were very friendly and helpful.
