We visited Dillon's on three times during our recent honeymoon and were never disappointed with the food or service served.
The ambience is nice, clean and al fresco (with steel bands on certain nights). Open air seating over a wide spread area with a center bar.
The wine list was well chosen although not big in any way - the only real down was it only contain one kind of sparkling (a prosecco) which wasn't too bad.
The fish ceviche starter is both spicy and lime flavoured, the crab akra a real treat while the gazpacho is OK.
Among the mains the catch of the day was always nice, the seafood platter real good priced and the prawns with the proper heat.
Service was some of the better we had on Tobago (both technically and professionally) while the drinks were more than OK.
All nights were good although they were a bit short on staff on one occasion.
