Currently here with family and friends, the lodge is finished to an amazing standard. Then open plan layout is great for kids, families and evening socialising. Locally the scenery is breathtaking and the waterfront restaurant well worth visiting

Taymore Lodge is 5 stars
Everything in the lodge is 5 stars, the open plan style is perfect for entertaining, when you step inside you get the WOW factor. The lodge is lovely & warm throughout the day and night and the log burner is very atmospheric. There is everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. The position of the lodge is perfect for walking/cycling, we never needed our car during our 3 day stay. If you book the lodge you won't be disappointed.

Excellent Family Weekend
This lodge is finished to a high standard with an open plan living area. The upside down design works well with all the bedrooms on the lower level leading out to a safe and secure garden our family of 6 adults and 2 young grand children had a great weekend at Taymore Lodge and thourghly enjoyed the Kemore area including Taymouth Castle (recommend a walk through the castle estate) There is no doubt that we'll will return and thanks Alan for allowing us to re-book as a result off COVID!!

Absolutely stunning lodge
We had an amazing long weekend in Kenmore staying in Taymore Lodge. The location is ideal and the lodge itself is absolutely stunning. Every possible thing you could want is there and some lovely nice touches to make you feel welcome. Truly a home from home.

Family holiday
The four of us enjoyed three days’ relaxation at Taymore Lodge last week. The house was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The open-plan kitchen and living area was light and ideal for relaxing evenings. Kenmore village is very close, and a little further, there’s Aberfeldy for white-water rafting, the Birks and the putting green; not to mention the cafes and coffee shops when it rained.

Amazing lodge, with beautiful views of the Loch
Needless to say, Taymore is an amazing location with many different things to do. This lodge is placed with a direct view of the Loch, very beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. I am so happy to have spent my birthday here with my family - definitely a home away from home - although a home I'd rather have. The lodge was well fitted out, with more than expected amenities. We had a barbecue out on the decking (on a warm summer day through into the evening, with a cool fire pit/barbecue. We also hired some bikes down the road at the harbour for a bike ride round the castle that just sits close by to the lodge. Lovely long weekend and hope to visit again soon, thank you.
