Stayed with friends and their family for a weekend for a birthday celebration. Lovely cottages and a fantastic location to explore Tenby, less than 10 mins drive to the town centre (one of my all time favourite places) the cottage was lovely, well equipped kitchen, baby gates on the stairs, very clean. Keycode to enter the door which was great as there was so many of us meant we all didn't need to have a key to go back and for. During our stay we visited Pembroke castle, a 15 mins drive away and also another of our favourites, folly farm 10- 15 min drive away. Swimming pool onsite which is shared with other cottages in the ivy tower village, which is lovely but I would recommend arm bands for children under 1 metre height. There is also a small park on site for the kids, with lovely countryside views! A Garden centre opposite with tea rooms! Will defiantly use and recommend these cottages again. The only downside to our stay was an incorrect takeaway curry order we placed which was from a menu that we found onsite. Deshi Spice, Tudor road, Tenby. I would never order or recommend from Deshi spice again but the rest of our stay, the area location and the ivy tower cottage itself was fantastic, very impressed!

“Brilliant family holiday”
Reviewed September 29, 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Stayed for a week, 11 of us! Loved it. The house is spacious, well appointed, and has everything a family needs, 3 bathrooms, lounge to comfortably seat all, and the lovely conservatory where we could dine together, were just great - and that's just inside the house! Picnic benches outside the house, and the park itself was just lovely. Good play area, and space... with views, lovely, pool excellent, bigger then expected. The village of St Florence also lovely, quiet, 2 nice pubs serving good pub-grub (Sky at the pubs for footy fans) A great base to see the lovely Pembrokeshire, Tenby, Fresh Water East, Saundrersfoot, the list is endless, and all within a stone's throw. Loads to do, whatever your age or penchant. See you next year.
