“Interesting afternoon”

Sevington Victorian School
Reviewed June 12, 2017

a school where time has stood still. Really interesting lesson with "Miss Squire" and a look around the garden and her cottage which has been restored to the time 1890. Delicious tea and cake in the parlour.
Well worth a visit.

This lovely little school is a real time capsule. The schoolroom is straight out of Larkrise to Candleford and the school house parlour brings back some memories. Great home made teas and Victorian toys for children to play with. Highly recommended if you are in the Chippenham area on a Sunday afternoon.
