Had lunch here after an 18km hike. August 2016
We were hungry and thirsty and we had both states of being slaked and tended to in splendid fashion.
Lovely friendly waiter and waitresses.
30°C heat shaded by amply sized umbrellas.
Service very fast and attentive.
The food is solid Bavarian fare at very reasonable prices.
Self service is also available in the beer garden.
Dog and children friendly.
The perfect place to drop into if you're in the area.
We passed by at the same time in 2015 and it was closed down. New owners obviously doing well.
Fully recommend this place.
The little early 19th. Church sporting a ridge turret just down the road from themBartewirt is worth a look at.
