We stayed a week in G-St-J and ended our week with a meal here. What a great experience! Food is excellent, local dishes with a culinary twist that makes them a little more special. Highly professional yet friendly service. Good wine and beer options. Seems to be a really popular place with the Turin Set who spend their weekends here - must be a good sign. We'd recommend this place for food or aperitifs without hesitation.

Book early - we could only get a table at the third attempt as other nights were fully booked. Food was excellent and the waiting staff brilliant with advice and chat. Plus - not expensive.

Seated in the rear that is decorated like a cave, the menu is explained in great detail to ensure the correct choice by the very kind waitress; I ordered the wild boar with polenta which was lovely, combined with a recommended Shiraz.
For desert a cheesecake with a white grape desert wine.
When we departed the owner greeted and remembered our visit from the previous year; this made us feel very welcome indeed.
We will be back

We stayed at the hotel Gressoney nearby so didn't eat here although the food we saw looked amazing. We came most nights for a drink here and the beer and wine were great and Patrick always remembered our order. Would recommend.

There is little to say on this spectacular food experience... Just make sure you book ahead of time and have a little patience if your table is not ready cause it is totally worth it!!
