Me and my friends had plans to visit Italy in september-october. Main goals - to visit Rome, Napoly, Hercolana, Vezuvij, Tivoly, Amalfi and may be Bari. Good sandy beach, warm sea and hotel's location were nessary parametrs for choosing hotel. We had got all we wish. Not bad breakfast, very good dinner for us, becourse we very like fresh fish, prawn and .... We had a good place for rest between our trips. I think this hotel is a good choose for those who plan to rent a car for self tour or plan to get a silence on the beach with good seaview. HB is more preferable than BB: include sanbeds and umbrella on the hotel beach, nearest restaurant located in Terrachina (2-3 km).
Rooms are too small, road is not far from hotel. We had been in hotel 24.09.11-8.10.11.

The "hotel" is very expensive. The rooms are too small and hava old furniture. The nearest shop You can reach just with taxi You can not walk anywhere because the motorway. Once the hotel driver forgot to came for us. The beach is very dirty. The hotel has got a restaurant with awful food and decoration.

This hotel has a great location - on the beach in a quiet area. The staff is very nice and able. However, we could not get the air conditioning working. My husband was running a fever, and the hotel's answer was "there is a nice breeze" - that we could not get due to the location of the room. No screens, either, and mosquitos were a problem. The grounds were lovely, and free parking was a plus. Shower was tiny. I would recommend against the restaurant - there is much better food in Terracina just down the road. I would consider returning, even with the negatives, due to the location and staff, but would look elsewhere first. Make sure you check out the historical sites in Terracina - very interesting.
