I stayed here like a lot of people walking the Portuguese Way, check in was straightforward, room large and bed ok. Bathroom small but acceptable and breakfast was enough to get you started for the day.
The staff were a bit surly to say the least, and as other reviews have stated it is a tour bus hotel so the noise can be extreme, with people milling about with no purpose so difficult to get around without a cattle prod. It is on the Camino about 1.7km from the centre of town. Getting a taxi is easy on the way in but non existent on the way back after 2200hrs. I slept ok despite the noise as 27km of walking would help. Served it's purpose.
