Stayed October 2017 (low season) for 3 nights. With 2 small kids we stayed in a one bed apartment (double bed + 2 singles and kitchen). Very comfortable rooms with aircon/heating. Great space for kids to run around - playground included. Was too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool.
Great location, about 10 minutes drive to Lake Garda. A car (or bicycle) is a must. Great views of countryside.
The restaurant/food accompanied by wine from the family vineyard is a must. Restaurant was only open Friday/Saturday night in October, not sure about peek season, so check before you book to make sure you enjoy this experience. A simple setting, honest home-cooked food and great value - first courses/second courses ranging from €7 (pasta, risotto) to €12 (meat) and all desserts €3. Menu in Italian and English was greatly appreciated.
Thoroughly enjoyed our short visit and lok forward to planning our return visit.More
