We rolled into town very late and didn't want to eat fast food. We were struggling to find someplace that was still open and we were directed to Rossini and I am so glad that we were! They were so welcoming, even though we were coming toward the end of dinner service and we came with two boys in tow (ages 12 and 14). We were made to feel relaxed, at home, and welcome. They immediately brought out some delectable little snacks (olives, spreads, and breads). All the food was delightful, authentic, and fresh. I had a very delicious minestrone and the spaghetti bolognese. It was just what we were looking for at the end of a long day of travel. We appreciated the kindness and the good food immensely!

Stopped here for a meal when driving home on E45. We were very pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff made us feel very welcome including our 4-year-old. Nice touch with a separate menu card for children (princes and princesses).

Well, up and until last year, probably the best restaurant in the area. Great food, fantastic ambiance, great decoration. Go there but also try Mysteaks. Not on TripAdvisor yet but will soon be I Hope.

It's a nice place to visit and very nice location. The food has an Italian type and the menu is based on the Italian dishes. The only problem is that they don't have an English menu and only in German,Italian and Spanish and that's a problem for foreign people but it's a nice place to spend your night and eat a dinner, also they serve only dinner so lunch is not served in this restaurant

Booked a table for 4 through the Hotel Meyer next door where we were staying for the night.

When we arrived I knew at once the waiter was a little off by his gruff manner, but showed us to our table. That was to be the only highlight of our evening at the Rossini. We were given menus and we asked if they did one in English, we do German,Italian or Spanish we were told no English. Not to worry we thought, we'll get by. We ordered a couple of beers and the ladies were deciding on wine. A different waiter arrived with the beer and we attempted to ask about the menu but were told he didn't do this the other waiter did. It was obvious to us by now they either had a problem with english people or they were just plain and down right rude. The original waiter returned and we attempted again to see if he would explain the dishes on the menu but he was having none of it. We even had a german gentleman on the table opposite come and try to help, which we thanked him for, but we had at this point had enough and sent our wives to the restaurant along the road. We drank our beer asked for the bill, paid and left.

We went to the Gambrinus Der Schnitzelspezialist literally 100 yards along the road from the hotel to eat there. What a difference, we were welcomed in and shown to our table. The lady owner explained the menu with no problem. One of the locals even bought us a round of drinks, and stopped to have a chat, what a welcome surprise they were so warm and friendly.

So to sum up if you stay at the Meyer Hotel give this place a try instead of Italian go German you won't be disappointed we had a great meal with so many laughs.
