Directly across the street from campus this is an excellent place to stay when visiting the cool. Nicely appointed rooms for a more than reasonable price. A few minutes walk to the tram station running all the way to the city center. A cab ride to the water in Alicante is 12 euros.

I stayed here with my little brother for a week in August. It was ok..the rooms were cleaned most days, the pool was lovely, breakfast was good and the ladies at reception were very helpful indeed. However, the lifeguard was very rude and made my brother and I feel very uncomfortable. There was also big white streaky marks on the wall in the bedroom. We found that there wasn't much to do around the area, the nearby restaurants weren't great and it wasn't a very 'touristy' area that we had hoped for. But it was lovely heat and a good few days being by the pool.

It is a good and well organized hotel but you should choose your room far a way from football area. Some people playing football and shouting during the game just back side garden of the hotel. Do not hope too much from breakfast. If the price is fine d not think to stay at this hotel. It takes 15 minutes to reach hotel form central train station of Alicante. Line 3 and 5 from central train station goes directly to the airport. So it is easy to reach to the airport as well. Taxi cost you 12-13 euro from hotel to central train station.
