Pros

Great spot for going into the village and wonderfull views. Clean room, comfy bed. Easy access, this is the real bonus a lot of the hotels are very hard to access and you could end up walking up lots of steps and narrow streets away from the parking area.

Cons

It’s a little run down but in all honesty I never went with high expectations. Be prepared for very little English spoken and it’s also very basic. We got the junior suite which I knew from the photos was probably pretty basic but not as basic as the other rooms.

Breakfast very basic but only €4 filtered coffee, orange juice and croissant, was ok.

Overall

Don’t dismiss this place it’s adequate for one night to see such beautiful village but no longer. Quick tip limited English spoken in the village so have your translator ready and all the restaurants don’t open till 8pm.

Room tip: Get a junior suite you have more room and a lovely view of the village

Great location to stop at and a lovely hotel to stop in. A converted convent I understand so it retains a lot of rustic charm. Friendly staff a good size rooms make for a good stay. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
