It's next to hankyu men's so it's fitting that it caters to mostly females. Morever, the stores are mostly local

I always visit this place whenever I go to Tokyo, but only Interesting floor is the basement. They have some small shops which I like to drop by.
One of them is the dry grocery shop where you can get fine cooking ingredients such as dried vegetables and beans, spices condiments. It is not very cheap, but the quality is very good.
Sometime, you can get interesing things like okura chips and dried Japanese fruits.

Other floors are packed with ordinary boutiques and accesory shops.

It is still my favorite spot only because of the shops in the basement.

Lumine is an impressive glass building in Yurakucho and has a number of floors of the typical up market brand stores and some restayurants. Some provide tax free purchases and documentation. Access is via the JR Yamanote line, Yurakucko station or the Ginza line Metro.
