“Perfect Location for Ginza Shopping and Fish Market”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 December 2011

Came to Tokyo for a short trip of three nights to see the Fish Market and Tokyo Motor Show. Arrived late Friday, the area around the hotel was empty as it seems more of a business district around the hotel. The hotel's lobby is in middle of the building with a perfect view of local district. The check in went fast. The rooms are a large as for Asian hotels. The whole room had superb design, everything was well laid off, inbetween the two beds there was a control panel with which you could turn all the lights in the room. The bathroom had a standard Japaniess toilet seat with all the shower/heating system, there was also a bath and a shower next to it. Everything, the rooms, the bathrooms, the halls was sterile. The breakfast was a grea buffet, a mix of Japanies/Western cuisne. During our stay, there was a wedding party going on one night. The main shopping street of Ginza with all the up scale shops is a short walk away, so is the Tokyo Fish Market which is a must see while visiting Tokyo. The stuff at the concierge was very helpfull, giving out maps of what to see in every single district. This has been a perfect place to stay.

Rooms where a bit small but normal for Tokyo. Very clean and modern. I believe lobby was on 16th floor which was unique. The rest of the rooms where on the higher floors. Location is very good.

We stayed at this hotel for a second time & loved it even more. They room they gave us was Room 2502.
Room has floor to ceiling window with a view of Ginza that is beautiful. Especially at night.
Great size room, huge amazing TV, free drinks in room, beer, wine, water. Coffee machine in room w free coffee. This room also has a Bathing room with another huge window. Shower & bathtub all with a great view. Toilet has it's own room.
So this room may be a little more expensive but it really is worth it.

The staff are very nice & professional. Location of this hotel is a easy 5 minute walk to Ginza's main strip. Get a map of the hotel's location from google or a card from the front desk & keep it with you. Some taxi drivers may not know it. Go to 16th floor to check in.
Eat outside the hotel. Love this Hotel in Ginza & will return in 2012.

Room Tip: Try for the 25th floor

Very nice Hotel in a very convenient location.
Staff and Service is great. Knowing that all rooms in Tokyo are very small this roopm was very well thought out and had an amazing view. I had a double room but can't picture being in there with 2
People.

The lobby is very cool - modern and again great views.

I tried the dining room on my first night and was disappointed in 2 ways: selection & price.

Service was very good but the food was overpriced and came in micro portions.

Had a beer at the bar after dinner - $ 13 for a glass of Sapporo!

Again, a great hotel that I can recommend but eating and drinking in the hotel is a bit pricey.

I have stayed here more than 20 times with longest up to 7 nights. Everything about it is great.

Room Tip: Ask for a humidifier if you feel the air is too dry. I stayed here and experienced a level 4 earthq...

Great views of Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Bay, property is recently new and design and decoration is up to date. Lobby is in the 16 floor and has a nice view of Tokyo Tower.
Shimbashi and Higashi-Ginza stations are nerby as Ginza Shops and Restaurants, excelent location to combine business and leisure.

The hotel occupies the top of an office tower at the edge of Ginza. It is smartly located in a quiet street just a few minutes from the action - be it day-time shopping or racy nightlife. The subway stations Shimbashi and Higashi-Ginza are slightly further away, about 10 minutes walk.

The lobby on 20+ floor comes close to replicating the vibe of more upmarket properties like Conrad. The staff is friendly and manages to impress genuine kindness and attention. With so many options around, we did not try the hotel's restaurant. There is also a cool bar, with nice views of Tokyo in the evening.

The design is modern-minimalistic: some dark wood fixtures over white surfaces, large windows. This helps relaxing and avoids feeling cramped even if the rooms are actually quite small. They are also spotlessly clean and well equiped, as one expects in Japan. They look like they were recently renovated.

The overall package made us feel comfortable. When we left after 4 days, we had an impression of leaving home. We would happily return.
