We spent 5 nights and were most impressed with the multilingual guest services staff person who was very helpful and knowledgable about tours, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping etc:
He saved us lots of time and money and made our vacation an outstanding experience.
Good value and great location.
We plan to return.

Clean , quiet & convenient
Near train station and many restaurants

My stay was during golden week hence a bit pricy as it is double for certain public holiday

Room a bit small as is normal in Japan, no much walk way for 2 pax with 24 to 26 inches luggages
Good quality toiletry

Staffs are friendly
Overall a nice choice

Hotel was in a good location close by tube stations & 20min walk to the main Tokyo station. Supermarket (family mart) in the hotel which is very convenient, friendly staff. Hotel was ok, good beds & clean but on the small side. Thank you to Alessandro's assistance for booking our excursions, he speaks very good English, Italian & Japanese but all staff extremely helpful & willing to help. Can't comment on breakfast haven't tried but lots of near by places to go to. A few attractions to be seen by foot but most you must use the tube. Ginza is the shopping area, vibrant & busy but you'll find everything you need so overall good hotel to stay & good value for money!

The first room they gave (506), supposedly superior double was terrible, was just an old store room converted to a bedroom with no view, in a corner next to service room, with an 80s era bathroom and some cheap furniture hurriedly put together. There was the constant sound of water running through the pipes above We asked for a better room and they gave us one which was infinitely better. The hotel should not be putting up rooms like 506 which will give a poor impression. Booking dot come should take note as well. The staff were friendly (Tanriq I think he name is, who helped translate our problems and questions to the other staff). I had a medical issue and they took a lot of effort to find out the nearest clinics and even offered to call the doctor. Location: We were coming from Shinjuku so got off at Ginza and walked, if you do that you will have a 12-15 minute walk on the Ginza, come till you see Paul Stuart on right, (Mitsui hotel will be on your left across the street), turn right and walk till you reach Ginza Grand. Faster will be to get off at Shimbashi station, take the Ginza exit, walk towards Tsukumo, and turn right (you'll see a Recruit building). Cross and it's on the left. Or if it helps you, it's opposite Hooters.

Room Tip: Avoid room 506, it's just a store room hastily put together as a guest room, it's old, bathroom is even older.

While the location is great, the room was clean and they had really good wifi, the positives end there.

We booked a double-standard room. When we arrived they had assigned us non-smoking (our booking did not show this). They rectified this quickly after some discussion.

The bed was big enough but super hard with 2 lumpy pillows. There was not enough space to wheel our suitcases around the bed and no space to lay out more than one suitcase (i.e. the room is tiny).

If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep and not concerned about comfort it is fine.
