The room was very cold! even with a portable heater later on, really bad experience, the rooms are very small, if I open my luggage, I almost cannot do anything else. the location is ok, I will not go this hotel again.

Review of APA Hotel Resort Tokyo Bay Shiomi

Anything stated about this hotel other than location should be prefaced by " little or no".
Very little English, very little room (2.5×3.5 m), minimal cleaning, 1 free bottle of water if cleaning waived, no room safe, valuables can be left with front desk in envelopes if you can communicate it to them( its a service they offer if they only knew it), and a washroom facility which functions well but should be on a boat.
Linens were changed every 4 days under the guise of "Eco Clean"! Wow! I am running out of good things I can say about this hotel.
Do not waste your valuable vacation time here.

数多くあるホテルの中から当ホテルをお選び頂いたにも関わらず、何かとご不便をお掛けしました事この場をお借りしてお詫び申し上げます。誠に申し訳ございませんでした。当ホテルの部屋の広さはあまり広いとは言えませんが、皆様により快適にお過ごし頂けますよう様々な工夫を凝らしております。無料でWi-Fi接続サービスを全室導入しており、無線LAN対応PCやスマートフォン、タブレットもお部屋に限らずロビーでもご利用頂けます。またベッドは快眠を追求したアパホテルオリジナルベッドのクラウドフィットを採用しており、お客様に快適な眠りを提供させて頂いております。日頃のお疲れを癒して頂ければ幸いでございます。館内には出来る限り外国語による案内をご用意させて頂いておりますが、まだまだ至らぬ点も多々ありご迷惑をお掛けしております。今後更にスタッフ一人一人の外国語スキルの向上を図って参りたいと存じます。ご連泊中の清掃に関しましては環境保護の観点よりアパエコメイクへのご協力をお願いしております。エコへの取り組みに何卒ご理解の程お願い申し上げます。これからもスタッフ一丸となり日々より良いホテル造りに努めて参ります。勝手ではございますが、また機会がございましたら是非当ホテルへ足をお運び下さいませ。お客様に再びお目にかかれる日を心より楽しみにお待ち申し上げております。

当ホテルの部屋の造りは機能性に優れておりますが大変コンパクトな造りとなっております。
どうぞご理解の程宜しくお願い申し上げます。ご滞在中はエアコンの効きが悪かったご様子でご迷惑をお掛けし誠に申し訳ございませんでした。数に限りはございますが当ホテルでは貸し出し用の毛布をご用意しております。これからもスタッフ一同より良いホテル運営に努めて参りますので、これに懲りずにまた東京へお越しの際には是非当ホテルへ足をお運び頂ければ幸いでございます。

Hotel corridors were appallingly filthy. Rooms are ridiculously small. Like staying in a closet. Be aware that not all JR Trains stop at Shiomi Station. Only about one in four stop so avoid the limited trains if going to hotel.

ご滞在中におかれまして、清掃不備によりお客様に大変ご不快な思いをお掛けし誠に申し訳ございませんでした。この場をお借りしてお詫び申し上げます。今後清掃スタッフへの指導を益々強化し、このような不備によりお客様にご不快な思いをお掛けすることの無いよう、快適にお過ごし頂けますよう徹底した清掃を心掛けて参る所存でございます。
当ホテルは東京駅からはＪＲ京葉線でおよそ８分の距離にございますが各駅停車でございます。快速電車では停車致しませんので何卒ご理解の程よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Room was chilled at 15 C. We asked the staff very late response and gave a portable heater said this is a common problem in winter as the hotel is old and has water heating which is not effective. Room lacked cleanliness, half of the lights were not working, poor bedding, worst cable signal on TV. internet was down most of the three days stay. Stay away from this hotel!!

Will never come back again, the worst experience ever! Found disgusting things on my bedside table, unfriendly staff, very dirty. There are plenty of other good hotels in Japan, but this one is definitely not one of them.

I don't think they really clean their room after customer left. When I checkin I found blood on the pillow, and I called front desk, they send staff after 3 hours since I call. You might not find blood in every room, but I promise they just DO NOT clean their room.
