Famous Italian Restaurant since 1944. Look and feel is maybe still the same since the opening. The food is delicious and maybe one of the best Carbonara I had in Japan the last ten years. Staff is very friendly and speaks English to accommodate your requests. Will go back again for dinner as this time it was for lunch.

A nice European setup in the heart of Japan. The variety of spread available was great. The Italian dishes served were quite tasty . Few bearers speak very good English who are a great asset for the restaurant. The only let down is the cost as the dishes were quite expensive. We will be spoilt for choice regarding alcohol.

Service was excellent. Food was decent. Walked past, dropped in and had an enjoyable lunch with some Pinot Grigio. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for something Western near Shibuya. Has been running since 1944. Can't understand what Antonio was doing in Tokyo in 1944 and why he chose to open an Italian restaurant there then, but that is something to find out and adds to the experience.

I like and I also have a chance to eat real Italian food quite often. Although I was in Japan to eat Japanese food I had a chance to try Antonio's.
Interior is nice, service is good. Also the food is good, but not perfect.
Antipasti were excellent, pasta al dente as it should be, gnocchi decent, but I would skip risotto unless the chef had a bad day.
Altogether still the closest I've got to Italian food in Tokyo

Very friendly service and great Italian food. Best in Tokyo! The pappardelle pasta was melting in my mouth. The home-made sausage was very good too. Ricotta cheesecake was perfectly light. The tiramisu was ok - the ration of cake/cream was not ideal, but the flavor was very good.
