We stayed here for our last night in Japan due to our flight in the morning . The train took about 10/15mins to the airport . Staff were friendly and hotel was modern . I couldn't fault anything with the service we received . Breakfast I can't comment as I only had a juice as ate late the night before but my partner thought it could of had more variety . We used the washing machine that took 5hours including a dry but that might of been the setting we put it on and proberly didn't really understand how to use this . When trying to open the door It wouldn't open however reception came up straight away and try to help they went away and after 10mins were back with a new door fixed it on and we were able to get to our clothes . The service we received we couldn't fault . Very professional and helpful .

My flight came into Tokyo late, and I needed a place near Haneda Airport to stay overnight. Location is very near the Keikyu Kamata station but can be a little hard to find if you don't know the neighbourhood. Basically, go straight on the road in between the Family Mart and pachinko parlour, and part way down that road take a left.

Room was surprisingly big and spotless. Everything worked great. Wifi and water pressure were strong. Room included a minifridge, microwave and dishes. Bed was firm but not too bad. Would definitely stay there again.

If you are flying in or out Tokyo in odd hours via the Haneda airport and do not intend to stay in Tokyo, this hotel in Kamata, which is just 10 mins from the airport and 20 mins from the Tokyo station, is a good option for transit. The area between the JR station and the hotel is very busy and full of dining options till late night . Similar to other Tokyu Stay hotels, most of the rooms are equipped with a washing machine and dryer and a micro wave oven. The bathroom is quite big in size and there are many sockets for you to recharge all your phones and equipment. Yet breakfast is very simple so it's better to save 500 yen and eat outside.

Stayed there on February 1, 2016 due to a JAL layover in Tokyo. We took a taxi which cost us $2300 YEN from Haneda to get there(approx. 15 minutes). The room is very clean and comfortable and has all the things that you need. It is very closed to JR station(8 minutes by walking) and Keikyu station(3 minutes by walking). Seven-eleven, Family-Mart, sushi and ramen restaurants within minutes. Highly recommended for people staying for a JAL layover.

Nice clean rooms, but no wardrobe and very little drawer space. Good connections to Haneda Airport and Central Tokyo. Breakfast is a buffet, ok but nothing special. There is no restaurant but plenty within walking distance. Excellent for a overnight stay. Not Spartan for anything longer.
