The room reservation is easy from the homepage of the hotel. You can choose to pay by a credit card or cash. If you choose cash, you have to leave a deposit when you check-in, which covers the cost of the reservation.
The location is excellent. Shinjuku sanchome metro station exit c8 is 50 meters from the hotel. The station serves three metro lines, which increases your options. Importantly Marunouchi line is connected to Shinjuku and Tokyo stations, which are conveniently connected to Narita airport by train or bus. Shinjuku/Sanchome are quite busy areas at late evenings, take that into account.
The room is small. There isn't extra space for your baggage. The mattress is firm to say the least, which I happen to prefer. However it may not be everyone's taste. The bathroom is small also: shower, tub and toilet. The room, bathroom and bed were always clean. Everything is modest, but clean.
The staff is polite and helpful. They speak english, especially the manager was quite fluent. The customers were japanese business men, common japanese and tourists from different countries. Single or couples, I didn't notice children. I wouldn't describe it as family hotel, on the otherhand why not children.
My overall impression is good, I would certainly reserve a room again. The hotel is modest, clean and efficient.More
