To start I want to to say this place is super cool. The staff speaks fluent English and it’s probably where you’ll see the most other tourists in Tokyo. We bought our tickets online and got in very quickly. You first sit in this super grand/tacky waiting room. Get a drink and relax but trust me the decoration will make your head spin. You then go downstairs to the show. The show is about 90 min long and is split up into 3 parts. The show is super loud and tacky. Lots of bright lights and loud music and screaming. It’s like watching anime but live haha. If you know how to have fun you’ll love it like we did but if you’re a Debbie downer you’ll dislike it like some others in the audience did. Personally I thought it was worth every penny but that’s for you to decide. Hope this helped! Enjoy!

From the minute you walk in, you are taken to another world of bedazzle and just strangeness. The waiting area and the stairs down to the show are really cool, colorful and fun! You think you grasp the idea of what the show will be like but trust me you don’t!
I went with my brother and we had a blast! We found the show to be colorful, cheesy and loud! You sort of need to take it not so seriously. The second part was especially funny, if you looked around the audience everyone’s face was reflecting disbelief that this is actually happening! And in the last part you get these glow sticks that are super fun!
It is definitely something to experience but it is a tourist attraction so if you are looking for authentic traditional Japanese culture this is not the place for you.
The tickets are more expensive at the door so buy online, the earlier the show the cheaper the ticket.

Went for lunch out of curiosity and we found the robot interesting but sad to say food is on the average.

This would be interesting for family with young children.

Make sure to make a table reservation as it tends to be full most of the time

What did I just see?? Crazy Japanese people. Very loud and a little expensive but you will either hate or love this place. Was too loud for our 7 your old but they had earmuffs to block out some of the noise. The neon lights, drumming, dinosaurs and robots leave you wondering why and what you are seeing. Not really a restaurant and should be called just Robot Show. Cheap enough drinks. Go or don't go but just be aware you will walk away shaking your head at this place.

I would not recommend this show. It was the only part of our trip to Tokyo that we would not do again. It is a true tourist trap in every sense. It is also a potential death trap. It would likely not be allowed to operate in other major cities as it is 2 floors below ground, over crowded, and they use pyrotechnics. The performers were very talented and hard working, unfortunately it is clear that this show aims to sell souvenirs and drinks more than entertain. Don’t let Anthony Bourdain’s endorsement sway you. This show was terrible. Spend your money at an amazing Japanese restaurant instead.
