This place is just amazing and the staff is really kind. It's 10/10, no doubts.
Also, they managed to help us to understand how to make the shibu shibu, with patience :)

Perfect food, perfect location (really close to Shinjuku station), and perfect costumer service.
What else do you need?

Wow! Since we were staying in Shinjuku, we went to eat here based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and polite especially Mokomichi who showed us the correct way to eat shabu shabu and sukiyaki and which meat goes with which broth as we choose the half half hot pot with the beef tongue course set. It was all you can eat meat as well as you can help yourself to all the vegetables and noodles to add to your broth they have on offer. There was also ice cream and various teas and coffees! It was definitely an experience that we enjoyed.

We went to Nabezo with my wife and the food was delicious and the service was really good. But the best of the night was the experience of cooking your own Sukiyaki which was really cool.

I definitely recommend this place. It's not easy to find because it's on the third floor of a building but it's one of the best in Shinjuku.

Thank Lucas T

This is a fun culinary experience and represents the Japanese version of a fondue style hot pot with meat called Shabu-Shaun. You start with a pot with a simmering base, add thin slices of beef or pork, add vegetables from a large counter, add seasonings, noodles, dumplings, or chicken ball, add herbs and flavored oils and you’ve got a culinary feast with all you can eat within a timed (yes timed) 100 minutes for the equivalent of $24. To add to the bargain, throw in unlimited non-alcoholic drinks such as flavored teas, water, or sodas and four kinds of ice cream or sherbert for desert and you’ve got the bargain of the century. What made it special was the extremely attentive and helpful young staff who helped this naive traveler use the proper chopsticks and proper techniques to ensure a successful meal. This establishment has won several culinary recognitions and a loyal clientele. I strongly recommend it!
