We went to the basement of Seibu Department Store on our way to Sushi Zanmai. As the basement was divided by the underground passages, we had to ask where the Japanese sweets shops were located. It was as busy as Tobu Department Store on the Ikebukuro West Entrance.

I would rate this as a luxury place with expensive food clothes and accessories

For us on a tight budget it was look but don’t buy !

I was excited to see the displays in the food hall which takes Japanese cuisine to a new level

Very beautiful and artistic

We ended up buying two strawberry mocchi which were quite delicious but cost ¥1600 for 2

Spring fever creates a world of strawberry creations and I think the level of artistry is worth experiencing

This is another Tokyo mega department store that has everything you desire. What sets this giant apart is the lovely rooftop garden with fountains, a lily pond garden and a variety of food stands. It is a great place high above the noise and crowds to enjoy on a sunny day.

I went mainly for the Sky Garden after reading about it. The place is simply beautiful. The garden is modelled after Monet's painting and it looked exactly like the painting. Apart from the garden, there are several food stores and a eating area on this well-designed rooftop. There's also a nursery and an aquarium where one can purchase plants and fishes.

Good for choice. Not really - can probably find similar items cheaper elsewhere. But more updated. I think this branch is better than the one in Shibuya
