Terrible noises from the bar area were audible in my room, which was also next to the elevator so the noises from the elevator moving up and down, in addition to the noises from the people in the hallway and upstairs added up to a bad experience. Rooms were average, nothing special. Staff was not very friendly, even rude at times and did not seem to care much about my comfort.

The only thing noteworthy was the view and location of the hotel. Away from most of the crowd at the end of boardwalk of sorts. Good breakfast buffet. Lots and lots of elderly and middle aged Europeans drinking beer, smoking and playing cards..

Room Tip: away from the stairs & elevator - facing the ocean.

Stayed here in April to celebrate family birthday. Rooms comfy with everything you need (except tea/coffee making facilities) Lovely and clean, bathroom had all toiletries you needed for your stay. Room service quick and helpful (daughter had broken ankle so couldn't venture far) Reception staff hugely helpful (I had a fall whilst there) Excellent waiting staff, wonderful bar staff. Gorgeous surroundings. Would highly recommend.

“The staff are super helpful. it is an amazing location. So very beautiful and relaxing!! The walk to the town is only 40 minutes tops. The food was good, the drinks are good and the pool area really catches the sun with the most amazing sunset at night. I went pre-high season it was not as buzzy as the peak period but still had the most amazing time and the staff still gave exceptional service. If you can afford the hotel I would book here. I know this is where I will be staying when I visit again soon!!!!!”

Hotel rooms are soo old and not confortable. The beach quality is low and also service. I dont recommend to stay in this area and specially in this hotel.
Guest age is old and the atmosphere is very cold. The pool is from the 80ies!

We have just returned from a lovely week in Simbad, where we've been going for the past few years. As usual, the hotel is ideal. Comfortable, fresh, comfy rooms, friendly professional staff & the sea view is perfect!
The weather was warm & sunny. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't switch on the air con till later in the summer so we found the room very warm at night. Our room was on the 3 rd floor so we could safely leave the window open, which helped. Only snag then was noise!! A cross the bay there is now the harbour where the car ferrys come in , and all night the noise of lorries , loud speakers & car horns can be heard. This was the only draw back in holiday. Quite disappointing.
There's a wee boat which runs from the marina, about 15 minutes walk along the beach from the hotel, takes you into the old town if Ibitza, just at the cathedral. Costs 4 euro return and goes back & forth all day. Stops earlier this time of year, but late in the high season. 2 minutes from the front of the hotel you can get the 12b bus to Ibiza town via Jesus, a nice wee town. Bus is hourly on the half hour. Costs 1.65 euro single.
This year we discovered that the buses stop fro a few hours in the afternoon, so one day we were stranded and got a taxi back to the hotel because the boat stopped at 3pm. This cost about 10 euro.
Great shop 2 minutes from the front boor of the hotel, sells almost everything!
A nice touch too is the room fridge with complimentary soft drinks & water, topped up daily. Plenty on soaps , shampoo, combs & toothbrushes.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 3rd floor are best, and sea view is a must!
