Upon arrival it was disappointing as the pub is desperately in need of updating, interior is tired and grubby. The ladies toilets look like something has tried to eat it's way through the cubicle walls. We were debating whether to stay or go as the table next to us were returning their food . We decided to stay and were glad we did. The food was of a good Hungry horse standard and arrived promptly, no complaints about the food, we got exactly what is expected from a Hungry Horse. They did forget the fishcske from the fish platter but I'm sure if we had pointed this out it would have been rectified. They were changing the syrup on the draft coke and apologised and replaced the drinks.
We probably won't return until the pubs interior has been refreshed.
