We stayed here for 3 nights to visit the salt mine. Rooms look stylish and well maintained. Hotel is walking distance from the mine. Nice salty pool in the spa. Cleanliness was not a problem anywhere. Free wifi
The sauna was always switched off and if you wanted to use it, you had to switch it on, and it took an hour to heat up, waste of time if you want to jump in for 10 mins. Breakfast was not great, it's ok if you eat anything, but if you're vegan you'll die, and even the vegetarian options were scarce. Nobody greets at breakfast, almost no staff.
Lift extremely slow, better off on the stairs. It is advertised as a spa hotel, but no hot tub or steam room.
Minibar was not refilled and room was not attented depite the sign on the door.
Restaurant staff although were smiley, they had no idea what they were doing. The waitress kept saying I don't know for whatever we asked and complained about the long shifts. I understand, but she should complain to the manager, not to the guests. It took ages and ages to get even a soup, despite only two tables being occupied. Some food was tasty but in general not a 4* service.
There is nothing deeply wrong with the hotel, it's okay for a short stay, but don't expect much attention from staff.More
