Villa Casanova was an excellent venue for our family group at the beginning of October- large, spacious, homely and full of character. We enjoyed our walk down to Lenno each day for the ferry, restaurants, Tuesday morning market and just to amble along the 'prom'.We sat in the peaceful garden each evening with views across the Lake and beyond. The villa kitchen was well supplied although an electric kettle would have been useful. Finding the villa without sat nav would have been difficult. Lake Como was a wonderful setting for my 60th birthday and staying at Villa Casanova was the icing on the cake!

This is a lovely old house with a great atmosphere. A proper villa. The pool is great too and it is a very relaxing place to stay.
We are a family of four (two children 7 & 9) and had such a lovely 8-night stay at Villa Casanova. The house and gardens are stunning, with plenty of space to relax or for kids to run around, and the swimming pool is fabulous. The setting is quiet and peaceful with incredible views, and Lenno village and the lakefront are just a few minutes away. The house itself is extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you could need and the owner, Federico, couldn't be more helpful and was always quick to reply. A very special Italian experience and highly recommended!
