The staff were very accomodating, helped with everything picking us up from the coast to coast and dropping us off again in the morning, Food and drink was good with great service, Breakfast was ok but poor, my daughter ordered veggie breakfast , but it was poor. Room was dated and needed to be updated and decor poor, however bathroom was lovely modern and the bath an added bonus

Perfect spot for a wedding party of sixty guests. David & his team were fantastic in making sure the night went smoothly! The reception room has a homey feel, with exposed barn walls and wooden beamed ceilings. The buffet was also excellent!

Stayed here for 3 nights recently when working in the area and it made a pleasant change from staying in travelodges and Premier Inns. The room itself was comfortable and had a large bathroom. Each day the room was cleaned and replenished with apples and biscuits. The only downside was you could hear other guests moving about in their rooms. The bar and restaurant was where this hotel really shines though. The food is superb, every evening meal I had was excellent, the Parmos especially. Breakfast was lovely each morning as well, the full english, the porridge and the omlette were all superb. A really decent ale selection in the bar with 3 cask options and a really nice keg stout, although at £4+ a pint they werent cheap. Would happily stay here again though and eat and drink here again.
