Haven’t been impressed with this hotel at all. Despite the fact that you have to stick to COVID-19 restrictions (which is understandable), something’s just didn’t have an explanation for. For example, me and my partner like to carry our amazon stick, computer games etc.. to plug it into the TV. The hotel has blocked the port section for no apparent reason or without an explanation, so we are left with channels on the TV, which are not to standards. Also, there is issues with the heating system. Me & my partner have been to several hotels, meaning we know how to adjust the heating settings and this one seems to be a problem. Bare in mind, we have a 11 month year old. Staff are polite, don’t get me wrong. However, it’s just the COVID process has messed up everything in a lot of ways. Sad times..
