“Great stay if fabulous cottage”
Reviewed September 17, 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Cottage is very clean, spacious and has everything needed for a great week/weekend away. The hot tub is secluded and nice to relax in. Everything you need such as shops and facilities are a short drive away. Owners are very pleasant and welcoming who leave you to enjoy your stay there. Would definitely stay in the cottage again and would recommend to anyone.

“Wonderful family welcomed us to this lovely cottage with everything you need for a fabulous stay”
Reviewed August 25, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Martin and Helen and family made this a truly lovely holiday week. The cottage has everything you need to make it a really homely break with lots of space as well as very comfortable furnishings and surroundings, but the welcome from Martin and Helen along with Will and Lottie (not to forget the dogs) all made this extra special. We had a wonderful week and felt that we had made new friends as well as having a very enjoyable holiday. It is situated right on the borders of Somerset and Dorset so convenient for lots of attractions and places to visit and about 35 minutes from the Jurassic coast.. Fabulous food at the local pub. We would definitely recommend this for a holiday break.

“Countryside calmness!”
Reviewed August 21, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

If you are looking for a relaxed and friendly holiday ,then look no further. This lovely cottage is deceptively spacious and immaculately kept. The pictures look lovely but it is even nicer for real. It was a fantastic setting, the huge garden had a great play area for the children which includes slide, seasaw and trampoline.
Waking up in the mornings to horses grazing in the next field and chickens wondering in a nearby pen provided a refreshing change to a seaside holiday.
Helen and Martin were very welcoming, and made sure all our needs were met during our stay.
The local pub was within walking distance and had
friendly staff and top food.
Although the location is peaceful and secluded, its not too far from busy life in exeter or days out such as Crealy (50mins drive) and the donkey sanctuary near Sidmouth (45mins drive) Lyme Regis is the nearest beach which is about half hours drive.
We would definitely stay again and will recommend the cottage to family and friend.
