The rooms are awful!
- The badroom had a big puddle in the middle and you alway slip when you want to use the sink.
- The beds are useless, the matresses are not made for the bed on which they are placed (they are like jelly), as a result if you move, you risk to drop down on the ground.
- The kitchen sink was broken, the water was always on.
- The foot wasn't edible, the coffee was awful, and the non alcoholic drinks were the cheapest you can find (but everything was branded with PEPSI signs).
- The receptionist are slow and have awful English knowledge.

*** It shouldn't have more that 2 stars !!! ***

The hotel is good, there is a small pool, it isn't very close to the beach. Service is not the level of a 4 star hotel. 5 days stay is not the time to clean our room. The food is not varied and suspiciously identical adjacent days. Never again would not rest here.

Its a really not that bad place with rather beautiful and peaceful location. wide beach, close to town, normal food. a nice choice for vacation with kids. but still there are some points why I am not going to stay there again. kitchens in apartments booked directly from hotel and not owners are switched off (so, you are not able to cook in the room). if it is high season than its almost impossible to eat normally (they run out of most of dishes within first 30 min and the queues for food are incredible). the territory is too small and just overwhelmed with kids (well, I came with 2 babies myself). the boiler, toilet or bath are constantly leaking, so be sure the floor in the bathroom looks like a lake always. and the most awful thing is that starting from mid June till I don't when there are lots and lots of kind of caterpillars flooding in the sea, so if you are not moving fast enough in the sea they start to bite you and this was just disgusting(((

Room Tip: Make sure everything is going to be working, not leaking or switched off. they know everything about 'bad' rooms at reception.

Much better than expected. Had apartment which was very spacious. Food whilst not brilliant was much better than expected and was very plentiful. Beach very clean with fine sand and gentle slope making it ideal for children

Had an unexpected break and had to choose a budget runaway at high season. Read awfull reviews about this hotel and expected s.th. below average for the very low price I payed. Was surprised for not so bad food (I'll never rate an all-inclusive food higher) - I guess it has improved . Meatballs and ""tsatsa""(considered minor food by Bulgarians) are definately a part of the national cuisine and should be interesting for foreign visitors. Surprisingly (since, may be, half of the visitors are children) the weakest points are the safety, pools and the animation!
All rooms are quiet enough during night time since 90-95% of visitors are families with very young children (very few will have sea view, if any). I was in an apartament - 2 separate air-conditioned rooms, 2 double beds (one of which-folding).
NOTE: I can go without cocktails (gin-tonik was enough for me and wine and drought beer were o.k., the second is not easy to find)
