We have been to so many places around the world and this is the only place that made us want to stay longer than our vacation. From the moment of our arrival, my family and I were taken by the house.
We really enjoyed wandering around the premises and taking in the sights. We even planted an olive tree with the owner, who promised to send us pictures of its progress. He was really helpful with providing local information, the people are friendly and the excellent local cuisine had us indulging more than we should.
A good tip: the tennis court should be used early in the morning or later in the evening when it is not under direct sunlight. Villa Olea is such a gem and we can hardly wait for a chance to go back.More
