I've stayed here for New Year (lovely with the open fire) even if it's very cosy and warm with the heating as well. Great location and only an hour or so from Rome in case you suddenly feel like some city life. I've also stayed in the summer and the pool and various open spaces with lovely views towards the Sabina make it really special. The owner is very accommodating and the locals always willing to help. The small village is within walking distance. Definitely recommended. I'll be back!

This villa really exceeded our expectations and provided a perfect holiday for my family. The house itself felt like a home-from-home equipped with everything you need to self-cater. That's when we could stop ourselves eating at the restaurant round the corner that made the best gluten-free pizzas my partners has ever tasted!
The area has lots to keep a family entertained with a beautiful town a short walk up the hill. Or you could just spend your days lounging by the pool and soaking up the incredible views. Will definitely be back here again.

We had all the family over for New Year's eve, beautiful place, amazing view, lovely owner. I recommend it, spring, summer or whenever you need to relax and enjoy nature, good food and Italian country living.
