The hotel is modern on the outside and in the common areas. It is outside of the city so you need a car or pay $10-15 Euros for a taxi to get from the train station-I would have preferred to stayed in a little closer with walking distance. The rooms were a little older looking with décor which was unusual with the modern looking building, but nice and the bathroom large. the only thing that was annoying that the light stayed on one night over the door in the room all night and they did reset it the next day. We really like the restaurant which was a "Brazilian" steakhouse with an Italian twist. The staff was nice and would call cabs.

Room tip: I wold ask for a room away from the road since we had to open the windows to cool off the room.

This hotel is near Conegliano, on a busy road away from the centre. You'd need a car to stay here, and there is free parking, with easy access to the highway. As long as you're aware of that, the location is fine.

The hotel itself was a nice surprise, it was well kept, the room and the washroom were nice, and the free wi-fi worked well. Although there is an elevator, there is a long flight of stairs to get to the reception area, which is not "suitcase friendly".

The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the breakfast was very well served. This is not a fancy place, but works really well for its proposition.

I would recommend staying here if you're passing through, about to start a Prosecco Tour, or even going to the Venice airport.
