Sadly, I only been there for one night. We arrived at the village after lunch and took a long boat ride which showed us many things of the village. It was a priceless experience.
What we have seen is a wonderful scenery of houses on the lake, villages/family going through their daily life by the bank of the lake - transporting goods/locals/visitors, fishermen fishing on the lake - tieing a stick on a leg to maneuver/balance/bait, women of the household washing their clothes while men of the household have their bath, there were also birds flying around, there is also tourist spots to visit (homemake lotus craft/temple on a lake with some history of Myanmar) and let's not forget the sunset we get to see :)
So, it was a long ride and arrive at the lake entrance of the hotel. The service or welcome was very good. The room was perfect. The food was good. There was a bar for us to enjoy the night breeze. a lounge for us to chill - foosball and pool. We didn't manage to use all the facilities due to time.
But I will make a trip back there in the future.More
