We stayed here whilst visiting the Le Touquet area on a budget. Rooms are perfectly adequate for a short stay and beds are comfortable. Buffet breakfast optional. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as bars and boulongeries. Street parking was fine. Look forward to staying again.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through the area but I must say even though the room was small every where in the hotel was spotlessly clean from the room right down to the corridors not a speck of dust anywhere the bed was very comfortable the breakfast room was immaculate towels fresh hot water large shower. A good hotel if you're on a budget and staying for a couple of days.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. If you are making a mad dash to the ferries,it is a good stop off point and leaves a short drive to Calais (about 1-2 hours). If, like me you want a wee 'end of trip treat' this is great. I stay after a weeks camping, noise, motor racing and depravity at LE Mans. L'Etaple is a lovely wee sleepy town, with fantastic markets, good restaurants, especially sea food, obviously, lovely classic butchers, pastry, bread etc. There are great areas for picnics, forests, HEAPS of history (the ANZAC/ Brit mutiny in the first war started here) Commonwealth Graves and oodles of bird and wildlife. If one wishes to get dressed up and rub shoulders with the hoi polloi, Le Touquet is a rather nice half hour walk away through the woods, where one can then look in the Armani and Gucci shop windows and pretend to have money. Talking of cash the room rate at this clean quiet friendly hotel with ample nearby parking was £23 recently. Pretty good and for a secret getaway that many don't know about

This small hotel is situated in a quiet side street just off the main square. It is within easy walking distance of the station, even when pulling a suitcase on wheels.

I was allocated room 12 which was up quite steep, highly polished wooden stairs with a sharp right hand bend just before the top. Not easy to negotiate if you are carrying a heavy suitcase.

It was just as well I was travelling solo because immediately inside the room there was only space for a double bed plus the cramped en-suite shower and toilet! There was no wardrobe, although there were about three coat hangers!

Breakfast cost 7 Euro which I thought reasonable compared to the prices charged elsewhere. There was a good selection of food and the owner was very helpful

Although the bedroom was cramped but you get what you pay for and this was acceptable for me who was only staying one night.

Room Tip: Room 12 is very small.

Rooms are very small, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is simple and unexciting. All in all this little hotel gives you pretty much what would expect, including private bathroom, from one of the cheapest places around!
