We were really impressed with our stay here. It's got the feel of a B&B, but with a bit more privacy. The room we stayed in (Room 6) was clean and spacious with a big comfortable bed, a generous guest tea set-up (with Teapigs tea), a nice bathroom, air conditioning unit, and plenty of electrical outlets.

The hotel itself is very charming and idyllic. Fireplaces in the bar and sitting room really add to the allure. We really enjoyed sitting on one of the leather couches in the Pembroke Room to read.

The restaurant has a cosy, homely feel and the staff were all very friendly. The food we ordered was delicious, and the included breakfast was also really nice. We did want to bring our dessert up to the room to enjoy, but they don't allow food in the rooms. It is understandable, and nothing that would change our feelings about the great stay.

There is a nice outdoor space that would be lovely for a cool drink in warmer weather, and the area surrounding the Pembroke is inviting and with plenty for us to do to for the evening.

We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area, and would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice, quiet stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the night I spent at the Pembroke arms. The room was large and full of character and I enjoyed sampling the ales by the fire in the bar.

The staff there were really welcoming and the food was both tasty and plentiful!

I would defiantly go back if I were in the area again.

Excellent rooms: warm, luxurious, clean, light, quiet. Staff were very welcoming to children(ours are 6,8,and 11). We had a great time. Fantastic breakfast and dinner the right compromise between being a little adventurous without becoming impractical for regular dining.

This is one of the nicest places to stay I've been. The village is small, you stroll around it quickly, but the hotel and restaurant is lovely.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The small bedroom was beautiful. Nice bed, large tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.
Open fire at the bar and great food at the restaurant.
Lovely breakfast served by the table.
Close to Salisbury with it's beautiful cathedral and medieval city.
