We had a very good service. It was clean and soundproof. I would recommand this hotel very well located. The casino and the restaurants are nearby. They had a very easy parking to use. Excellent ratio quality/price. My friends and I would come back to this hôtel
We did not get a good explanation how to get to the hotel from the train station, and when I called them to ask for more information they where not very helpful. The room was ok, with a little sea view but the bath room was a mini one and only towels for one person, even thou we where two. The mini bar was empty. No water bottles in the room. We went to a shop around the corner to buy something to drink and asked for some ice in the reception, but they could not provide us with that. The next day we had to leave for the train at 12.30 and asked for a late check out. Difficult. But: The room was clean and the location is just great. 5min from the place de Casion and just around the corner from the hotel is the marked with great cafe and breakfast.
I booked this on the fly, as I'm on a "where will I go tomorrow" trip. Glad I did! It's on Boulevard General Leclerc, which is part of the border between France and Monaco...the north side being France which is the side the hotel is on. It's advertised as a 3 star hotel, but it's more of a cozy inn. The room is small, as is to be expected in a city such as this, but it's very convenient to everything...the Lorvotto beach, Casino area and Port Hercule, where the clubs are. Excellent staff that does everything they can to please. While not included, the continental breakfast is only 10 Euro. Every room on floors 2 and higher have a balcony; floor 1 does not. There is a safe in the room, but not big enough for a laptop or tablet. So, I left my laptop on the desk and it's still here. As to parking...the hotel has reserved spaces in the municipal garage next door and only 15 Euro per day, with in and out privileges. I haven't moved my car because I didn't need to. While I'd like more expanse in the room, it was a good stay.

Basic hotel but decent service and very close to the action. Didn’t seem to have A/C but apart but it wasn’t to hot so it was ok.
There aren’t really any amenities at the hotel so you will need to eat out (they do a basic breakfast)

Everything was ok, wifi, breakfast, hot water, quiet room. And the people were very friendly. It s a hard walk coming from sea level. We had fresh breakfast (really fresh, from the bakery @ 7am). Wifi is just for 1 item and is not super fast.
