We stayed here for the night and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and we found the staff friendly and helpful especially the receptionist who sorted out a taxi for us.
We enjoyed our breakfast outside before heading home.
Obviously this is a wedding venue so there was noise from guests who were sat outside until about midnight but it didn’t ruin our stay at all and we would recommend the hotel for an overnight stop over.

Had a two night stay at the Ashbourne. Our room was above the bar which, on the first night, was on the noisy side till around midnight... the second night was much quieter.
The hotel is situated close to Killinghome oil refineries but did not prove to be a major problem. Because of it’s situation it has to rely mainly on business clients, weddings and functions...having said that we felt reasonable at ease within the complex.
The staff were both friendly and helpful ... the food was very good and plentiful ... decor and cleanliness was good. We would, if in the area again, make use of the Ashbourne Hotel.

Room Tip: For peace and quiet choose a room across the courtyard.

I stayed here on business for two nights.
I was given an upgrade room, very spacious and comfortable, with a massive bed and leather settee.
I had previously stayed three years ago and the food was as impressive as ever.
The Pie with meat and veg inside was large and with beautifully crusty pastry.
The steak was succulent and probably the best meal I have had for a long time.
Add to that a lovely cooked to order breakfast and you cannot fail to be impressed.
A drink in the sunny courtyard is a must and they pour the perfect pint.
The Ashbourne is like an oasis set just outside the industrial Immingham desert.
I look forward to working in Immingham again so I can return.
