A few niggles such as the bed being to low for us oldies, no charger by the bed and very limited food in the restaurant/cafe. Otherwise the staff are very good and the hotel is clean and comfortable with parking. You can get free bottles of water for your room.
Wouldn't recommend for a tourist stay more of an overnight stop as the town is not much to speak of, Konstanz close by is much more of a tourist place.
Nice hotel and a lot of respect for the lady who is taking care off the breakfast. She works very hard to make sure that everybody is happy. Rooms are okay, certainly if you need it during the day to work or so.
The owner is in the hotel and is sitting on his chair behind the reception. He is not showing a lot of interests in his guests and even when we checked out there was no question about whether we satisfied or not.
Location
Nearly opposite the pier in Kreuzlingen. Just beside the bike path. 14 minutes walk from the Konstanz Altstadt.
Food
Breakfast is good. Limited hot option - only scrambled eggs. Lots of great coffee. Good meat & cheese selection

The staff could not have been nicer. Excellent English
Bar stays open very late.
Facilities.
Modern hotel good bedroom. Halls are painted grey with grey underfoot. Feels a little prison like.
Bedrooms are bright, painted white with modern art. Roomy showers. Bed side lamps tilt.
Garage under hotel helpful for storing bicycles. Free parking when staying in hotel. City parking across from hotel when not staying.
Everything in this hotel has been well done. Lovely entrance, open space, light pouring in, nice breakfast room, competent staff. Functional bedroom, nice packing space and top shower room. Immaculate all over.

Extremely elegant and cozy hotel with a stunning view to the lake. Perfect place to enjoy time with your belover and friends with a relaxed and friendly environment. Very professional service and of very high quality. Comfortable bed, very cleaned room and amazing breakfast. So tasty food!! The best breakfast you can have! And pizzas are also very delicious!! The park next to the hotel is great for a work out and the Bodensee makes it even more special. The view in the morning is beautiful. Besides that you are really close to the old town of Konstanz that is also lovely for a walk. Definitely a hotel to return!
