Spent a fantastic week at this friendly, family run chambre d'haute. The owners provided delicious 3 course evening meals as an option, with local wines, often using vegetables straight from their garden. Breakfast was simple - cereal, juice, fresh bread and croissants - but always filling and more than adequate.
This is a fantastic location for cycling or hiking, with the Cathar Sentier passing through the village and Martyn has excellent ideas and suggestions of routes to try. There is a small lake in the village within walking distance, with a buvet café open in the summer for cold drinks, ice cream, sandwiches and simple meals.
Rooms are large, clean and comfortable - ours had a wonderful view across the valley to the mountains.
I highly recommend a stay here.More
