This was my fourth return to Puri Nusa, this time with small children. We had booked a "standard" room but on arrival chose to upgrade due to lack of AC.

We found the rooms very clean and enough for our 7 day stay. There were signs of wear but to be expected due to being on the beach. The only small suggestions would be a little fridge in the room and a turndown service each morning.

The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Happy to arrange scooters, boats, golf carts and anything else you may need for the visit.

Views were breathtaking, I've attached an image. Sadly seaweed is no longer farmed on the island and therefore no farmers collecting on the lower tides.

This hotel has seen better days. Although the grounds are nicely kept, a lovely infinity pool and amazing location and beachfront the rooms are very tired. The bedside lights you see in their pictures are gone, no safe in room or fridge. You can get ice at the bar so no fridge is OK. Good A/C. This hotel caters to a younger crowd who partied every night (3 nights we were there) til 3 and 4 in the morning. We had room #1 right by the pool. Big mistake taking this room as it is outside the pool and bar area. The washrooms need upgrading and repair. The toilet seat was attached with string? Not safe to sit down as it slipped. The bed was comfortable. The staff were nice but the one guy at the bar and reception very indifferent. When we checked out and said thank you we got a A-ha. Also denied the noisy people were from the hotel. Said they weren't staying here but what the Hell! If they are not guests kick them out! We later found out who the parties were who admitted and apologized for the noise only to repeat their performance the next night with no action from the hotel.... What's with that? Needless to say we cut our visit short and moved on. Good place for a budget minded traveler but for a 50 something this is not for us. Food was just OK we only ate there twice. Many other great restaurants to choose from. Disappointed and tired....

We stayed here (2x) for a total of 5 nights, in 3 different rooms. The infinity pool was amazing. The beach-front property is beautiful from the exterior... we really enjoyed eating at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner - affordable & very tasty. We enjoyed chatting with the 2 main guys that were working while we were there... Although, they were not very accommodating to the problems we had with ours room(s). The rooms are very basic, which was fine - but DEFINITELY need some TLC...

1. Our AC was going in & out... they didn't make much effort to help us. Instead, after multiple problems they made me feel like I was just complaining.
2. The sanitation of the bathrooms was poor - we stayed in 3 different room... I even asked for a rag to clean myself.
3. The bathrooms had mold
4. One of the rooms we were in, the entry door didn't really close & had a big gap.
5. I saw a cock-roach run through the bathroom, into the wall in the 'nicer' room we paid extra for upstairs with the view (Also the room the AC didn't work well).
6. One of the rooms - the shower head was broken... they knew about it, but they just used some office tape to put it back together (didn't work) which created poor pressure for our shower.

FYI - Only a couple rooms reach the wifi. They are the more expensive rooms near the restaurant & pool.

Bed was comfy - we'd LOVE to stay here again, if they would put some of the money back into the rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights for one reason- a lovely cafe and decent pool situated smack bang in front of one of Lembongans surf breaks. Watching the waves over coffee and breakfast was incredible.

The rooms were simple and tidy. The cafe food is very reasonable and tasty. The gardens are beautiful. It's reasonable for the price- and a cool community of likeminded surfers, bodyboarders, etc. They can also setup a snorkel trip which I would recommend.

We stayed at Puri Nusa for five nights in early July. Our room was on the second floor and had amazing ocean views with Mt. Agung in the background. The airconditioning worked extremely well and the staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They organised our snorkelling trip and scooter hire. Breakfast was very good. The pool was one of the higlhlights along with the manicured gardens. We will highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends without any hesitation.
