I was in Essex for work and thought we'd visit the Peterboat on the off chance as my father spent a lot of his youth there. It was busy but they managed to fit us in to a on w hour slot. I had the clam chowder to start which was quite delicious and I wished I'd ordered it as a main. But the sea bass I had was also divine! There was no room for pudding! We were served by the lovely and sparkly Jayne
