It was convenient but I guess that is it. Didn't know had to call to get hot water turned on. We had one warm shower and that was it for day. No hot water. Paid 88,000 for 3 of us and only 2 coffees. Pillows were hard. Shower faucet was broken but I guess that really didn't matter as no hot water. Not sure about ratings of other places but would check out. Only saving grace was meals and beer weren't too pricey. If stay somewhere else check out reataurant

The rooms are basic.
Hot water is always a problem. We have to call for heater to be turn on a daily basis, and on one day the staff did not even realised the heating gas was finished and we had to bath in the cold.
Towels smell damp.
Could do more more room cleanliness.

Hotel is comfortable and clean, good enough to stay the nite before the climb to Mt Bromo. No air condition as the surrounding is almost cold. Jot showers available. Request for hot water in the flask.
Breakfast is really basic and cold but sufficient.
Hotel is near a spot with wonderful view of Bromo.
We ate at a restaurant nearby the hotel but do not expect so much from the local menu. Street food like Mee Ayam, Bakso and Sate are available.
At Bromo area, chairs and jackets for rent, hot drinks, snacks and instant noodles are sold... do patronise to support the local people.
Cheap warm clothings are also available for sale.
Horse ride is about 150K per person for the 2 way ride to see Mt Bromo. Fun and interesting ride for young and old.

Good located accommodation with the fantastic view of Bromo just in front of it. The staffs were really helpful and polite. The rooms was basic, but very clean, the sheets were smells good and the blanket was warm. No problem with hot water ( I stayed at room 502, the family room). Breakfast was basic ( fried rice, fried noodle, omelette, toast, local fruits , but ala carte menu has a lot of variation and quite tasty.
