“Cottage on a hillside”

This cottage is situated on a hillside on a working sheep farm.It is accessed from the road via a steep concrete road. The cottage overlooks Cushendun Bay and the beach that surrounds the bay. The cottage is well equipped with all the mod cons.

The 4 spacious bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a hard days exploring the Northern Irish Countryside. The village of Cushendun is approximately 1 mile away and has a shop, pub, tearooms. The little harbour is quaint and photogenic and for Game of Thrones fans Cushendun caves are on the other side of the harbour and have featured in the programme. Beachview cottage is an ideal place as a base for those who wish to explore.

Belfast is an hour away by car.Ballycastle approx 30mins away and the Giants causeway about 50mins away. A word of caution the roads around this area can be steep and be twisting due to being located in valleys. Though public transport is available a car is really required

“Amazing!!!”

Perfectly situated on the hill over looking the beach. Amazing views!! Gracious and Welcoming owners. The town and people are the best. The cottages are amazing, spacious and have everything you would need. We were a party of 7 and there was plenty of room. I travel for a living and have spent over 1200 nights in hotels around the world, and this property is now ranked in our top 3. My family and I are already planing a return trip. Absolutely Amazing!!!

“Beautiful cottage”
Reviewed October 29, 2016 for a stay in October 2016

We stayed in the 'yellow door' 4 adults and 2 kids. Wow- were we impressed! Spacious and extremely comfortable cottage. Views were amazing and Pat and Gerry were really helpful. Such a relaxing place to stay. Cushendun was lovely for walks. Will definitely stay here again.
