“Winter in West Cornwall”
Reviewed February 1, 2015 for a stay in January 2015

Little Ramwood is the perfect base for exploring the West coast of Cornwall. We spent a week there at the end of January. The accomodation consists of a large bedroom/sitting room and good sized kitchen, good sized bathroom bathroom and a useful room for clothes and dining if desired. It was heated by gas central heating and was very warm and cosy. There is a small private garden where we sat in the sun one afternoon. The centre of the village of St Mawgan is a few steps away down a steep lane where there is an excellent community shop and post office, several churches and a Japanese Garden which is open all year round. A short walk through the woods takes you to Morgan Porth beach. We had a very relaxing week. I would recommend it for any time of year for a relaxing break.

Little Ramwood is well worth the 5/5 it is given with very comfortable accommodation and very well presented. Its perfect for relaxation and just taking things easy. The village is great with the pub serving very good food.
The surrounding area is perfect for walks and drives out with plenty of places to explore and great scenery.
A big thank you to Julie and Cameron for a superb holiday.

“A little jewel in a beautiful setting”
Reviewed September 1, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Excellent accommodation in the idyllic setting of St Margan. The cottage is well appointed and cosy. We really enjoyed our week and despite the busyness of the holiday season we could dip in and out returning to our quiet base.

Thanks to our hosts Cameron and Julie for your welcome. We would definitely recommend Little Ramwood for your Cornish holiday.

“Fab location for seeing Cornwall!”
Reviewed August 10, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Little Ramwood is a gem of a place in which to stay to explore Cornwall. We picked it because of the excellent reviews and we weren't disappointed. The annexe is perfectly proportioned for 2 adults and the private garden (and washing line for the wetsuits!) is a bonus! St.Mawgan itself is a lovely, quaint village with a brilliant pub (The Falcon Inn) and is conveniently located to get to Newquay, Padstow, Mevagissey and all good surfing beaches to name a few places. Thank you to Cameron and Julie for hosting us - we hope to be back in Cornwall soon!

Lovely, cosy and clean accommodation, excellent location. Cameron and Julie are lovely, helpful people. Love the pheasant's daily visit to the garden. Nothing negative to say. Hope to return next year.
