Our nearby beach and local beach bar restaurant are just a few minutes walk from our apartment.
Our local beach bar restaurant is open from Easter through to October.
Our local Isdabe beach is only a few minutes walk from us.
Our second beach bar restaurant, Salduba Beach, is open from spring to autumn.
We have 4 tennis courts and 2 padel courts that are free for our guests to use.
Just a few minutes walk from our apartment there are a number of very good restaurants and bars.
The beautiful Orange Square in Marbella. It takes just over ten minutes to drive to Marbella from us
The beautiful old town of Marbella is full of narrow streets and beautiful buildings with many bars!
The main beach in Marbella has numerous chiringuitos and numerous bar restaurants on its promenade.
Freshly prepared dishes, especially sardines cooked over wood fires are a particular delight!

My wife, adult daughter and her 1.5 year old and I spent 11 nights in this wonderful location. Parking within a short walk of the condo. Just what we were hoping for, spacious, comfortable and old-style luxury. Three balconies, very comfortable beds and pool in front and in the back. And a short walk to the beach. The bathrooms were great (would like to have that shower at my house).
We were also wonderfully located between many good markets and tourist sights. A trip up to Ronda was worth the time. And don't miss the restaurant just down by the beach.
Also, the little grocery store, near by, was very handy. And we went to the Robin Hood Pub twice and really enjoyed it.
Peter and Sylvia are great. And off season prices were very reasonable.

“What a garden!”

We stayed at El Presidente, appartment Cisne, on this october. We had two bedrooms appartment on the 1st floor, balcony facing to the mainpool. The appartment was nice, clean and quite cosy, but the most impressive thing was the wonderful garden around the appartments! It offered stimulation for all senses. Quiet place at least this time of the year. And we enjoyed it.
